RIYADH: The Ministry of Civil Service begins Saturday sorting the data of 17,670 males who have applied for posts in Education Administration through the ministry's website. Ministry spokesman Abdul Aziz Al-Khanin said that the names of female applicants would be announced once the data of males has been sorted and matched by qualification and suitability to the positions available. Over 45,000 posts for women are expected to be announced, including 32,000 jobs in public education schools and 7,000 at kindergartens. The openings were approved by King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as part of efforts to address increasing numbers of university graduates and women with qualifications in medicine. Those positions will be supplemented by a further 5,745 jobs approved in the current year's financial budget as well as openings in education that will arise from retirement, resignation or death.
