Pedrosa to miss his home GP

MADRID: Dani Pedrosa will miss his home Catalunya MotoGP this weekend after breaking his right collarbone last month, the Spaniard's Repsol Honda team said Wednesday. Pedrosa had surgery after his fall in the French Grand Prix at Le Mans on May 15, with a titanium plate inserted to fix the fracture, and had hoped to be sufficiently recovered to race in Barcelona. Pedrosa also had surgery on his left collarbone in April before returning to win the Portuguese Grand Prix.
