MADRID: Dani Pedrosa will take advantage of a break in the MotoGP calendar due to the postponement of the Japanese Grand Prix to have more surgery on his troublesome collarbone, his team said Thursday. The Spanish Repsol Honda rider finished third in the March 20 season-opener in Qatar after suffering numbness and lack of strength in his left arm. The team said in a statement the problem had been diagnosed as “intermittent compression of the subclavian artery”. Pedrosa had surgery on a fractured collarbone in October.
