National Commission for Corruption Control (Nazaha) has charged some of its specialists to monitor and check some of borders land ports which connect the Kingdom with its neighboring countries. These ports are: Al-Khafji, Al-Raqii, Salwa, Al-Bathaa, Al-Hadeetha, Halat Ammar & Al-Wadea. It has been discovered that there are aspects of failure and negligence, manifestations of crowdedness and disorder, complaints of travelers, defects in the infrastructure, building and entities which need restoration and defects in the works of operation, maintenance and cleaning. Specialists of the commission have discovered that some of Immigration, Customs and Traffic Department employees are not committed by being present in their jobs locations which has resulted in the lack of the operating cadres in all of these ports. The consequence of such lack of cadres has been the extreme crowdedness of vehicles and travelers especially during the peak hours due to the slow response of the systems and equipment used for implementing the procedures which are old and not compatible to the operations.
