What you view of multiple aspects of development in your country provides you with the pleasure of fascination as it is not one aspect only which is witnessing a lot of civilization manifestations but many of them which drive any citizen towards the wishes and desires for recognizing their self development itself. Let's consider, for example, what we witnessed last Thursday when we were following one of the state's achievements represented by an extra ordinary sports field which making has not been easy at all and manufacturing has not been easy for any contractor. Thus, the result has been the ingenuity of competent specialization for executing a desire which has acquired the public admiration and appreciation. The following event will not be strange; especially if we consider that it has occurred in Jeddah, the city that had been the location for diverse pathway towards various directions in the North and South two thousand years ago. Last Thursday, the child called Faisal Bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ghamidi has been the first star of the celebration through his practice of task which is very difficult for a twelve years old child. I do not consider that miraculous climbing upward has been, itself, the most important in spite of its danger but I consider that his upward climbing slowly alone to stand before King Abdulla, who has been surrounded by hundreds of attendees, to shake hands with him through rational audacity, to talk with him and to receive the gift of the Custodian of the Two holy Mosques is the real most important achievement. I will drive my memory back to the first year in which I came to know sports, especially if we consider that I had worked in sports governing bodies later. I still remember that start with some colleagues of whom there had been Mr. Rashed Al-Fahd, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-fayad, other colleagues and a very limited number of players. We had not been experienced in sports at that time and there had not been comfortable playgrounds too. In Capital Riyadh itself, there had been one playground only called Al-Sayegh Playground which ground used to be very uncomfortable to play on as it had been covered with sand while audience seats used to be simple and very few. In spite of the multiple aspects of simplicity; there has been faithful administrative staff of whom I used to know Ibn Saeed, Chairman if Helal, Al-Sayegh, Chairman of Ahli Al-Riyadh Sports Club & Abdulla Bin Ahmad, Chairman of Al-Shabab Sports Club, God's mercy be upon them. Those men together with some others in minor clubs represent the pioneers who practiced the establishment task. However, there had been an important fact then represented by the very big rush of the young men of that time towards practicing sports as if the sports clubs of that time had been equipped with facilities for practicing arts, study and sports. The reason behind that rush had been the lack of any other activities for the young men of that time. I had witnessed then the real simplicity in all sports fields together with that the chairmen of the clubs used to provide a lot of their efforts for developing their clubs. I can firmly say that they represent the pioneers who established the sports in this city which had never witnessed similar activities before them, unlike Jeddah which has had good sports activities before it. After abandoning the sports and practicing journalism as a collaborator for a while followed by practicing it as a full time job; I still remember in that stage, the stage of King Faisal, God's mercy be upon him, in particular, that there had been a clear permission provided for the young men in Jeddah at the beginning and in Riyadh later for attending weekly film screenings which lasted for a limited period of time.
