The Kingdom participated on Saturday, with world states in the global celebration of (Earth Hour) for the fifth time respectively. This incident is regarded as the biggest global environmental event through the participation of 150 states and more than 7 thousand cities. The events organized by the Saudi Earth Hour Team have been held in King Abdulla's Park located in "Al-Malaz" district in Riyadh. The events have been launched in Earth Hour event special department the park where lights have been turned off between eight thirty and nine thirty. The events included the Photo Gallery which presents the importance of energy conservation where Electricity Company participated through a special section. Moreover, an introductory film about the event has been presented through the dancing fountains in King Abdulla's Park. Earth Hour celebration events included fireworks, candles lighting and earth Special laser presentations related to Earth Hour.
