The general rule in the political concepts and information is that there is no stability in these transactions due to their subjection to the temporal variable condition. After the Second World War, the United States dominated the world as an absolute power even within the time of Soviet Union Existence. Our Arab region had been a competition yard the way it used to be during the time of the British & French powers. The United States kept being more able to not being involved in the events of the region like the traditional colonialism states as it never had a tragic history with them. However, the lack of experience during the starts of this super power and its dependence on the literature of its orientalists and explorers led to the loss of truth among the foggy lack of experience. After years of interlacement, convergence and contrast; It started to adjust its experiment and enrich it through its studies and researches centers and appointment of ambassadors who provided it with other ideas other than the earlier ones which knows nothing about the Arabs more than the book of "The Arabian Nights" or the legends narrated through impressions dominated by religious orientalism that aimed at distorting the Arab citizen and his doctrine through that type of thoughts and naïve impression. Currently, the United States wants to get out of the region under thoughts believed to be serving its interests. This is an issue that shall be determined by decision making circles there but this development has been linked with the failure of its policies in the region, the Iraq's occupation complex and the material and human bleeding associated with it and its current conclusion of that reforming the states of this region is impossible. The said conclusion's fact has not been due to an Arab failure but due to the Unites States mono vision through which it tries to apply its traditions, policies and social model in these countries without recognizing or considering the historical differences, the traditions and he general heritage between the two parties. The problem had been represented by its inability to reading between the lines and judging the matters objectively without the sole dependence on the reports of its embassies, correspondents or spies spread everywhere with no logical understanding that serves its policies and helps it to getting rid of the impressions stage and adopting the accurate analysis in regard to life course of the whole Arab nation. The question open for all directions here is that whether the United States has really failed in administrating its policies in the region and why has it reached the level of such failure. Have its planners been away from these predictions and developments? Or is it that the shocks led it to apply a 90 degrees turn against its methods and ambitions. Let's consider the Iraqi model first and the Syrian one after it and realize how they have been transformed towards being an American crises more than their being an Arab one! Invading Iraq had never been with no supreme strategic targets provided by the consulting firms to the decision executor which led change of calculations from the boxes of correct numbers to the ones of marginal numbers. Thus, Iraq during Saddam's era has become more secure and disciplined if compared with the Maliki's time in a way that led to opening the door for advanced terrorist groups in regard to organization and material, human support. This is due to that they had put him in the governance position and never recognized that he has had pure sectarian thoughts which have been rooted in his education and culture. This led to that the Iraqi's regime has become run through the spirit of the sect and the reaction in this regard has been the rise of counter fronts that do not care if they ally with an enemy from Al-Qaeda against the United States and the Iraqi's regime together. Consequently, the American Parliament members raised the voices and stated that Al-Maliki has replaced the implementation of their country's agenda through becoming a reason for the rise of extremism and its growth among the sects and tribes. The same thing applies to the course of battles in Syria where the American policy has been transformed to a seeker for the Russian cooperation in regard to solving the chemical arms problems which delivery by Al-Assad together with provision of safe passages for delivering the humanitarian aids to homeless war victims are being temporized (by him). This poor posture has been considered by some circles close to Obama to be a retreat in the American policy that led to the prevalence of a public opinion stating that the United States is weak before its opponents. In general, the number of Arab people who are not trusting this state any more has become massive and such phenomena has never been witnessed during the whole history of the United States' relationships with the states of the region.
