The Yemeni national dialogue has resulted in positive outputs as it has decided to draw the map of Yemen through dividing it to many provinces in a way that solves the problem of South of Yemen. However, the new situation is represented by the Houthis creep towards many cities of which some include critical spots for anticipating the provinces project through expanding their influence circle. It is even that Hashed Tribe which represents the biggest tribal gathering accepted such reality and made what looked like a truce with them. In spite of all of this, the matter does not represent a problem until now. The important part in the course of events is that no party of the rivals is seeking to start a partisan or tribal wars as the results of such shall lead to a civil war in a country which is full of a huge stockpile of arms in it, in addition to that the repetition of the previous wars shall put Yemen among the list of stricken states the way it had been after the said wars. The agreement about the national dialogue list has been semi collective but there are some parties, behind such conviction, who are seeking personal gain or grabbing the other's rights. However, Yemen which is suffering from tough financial situation and internal splits has committed by the principle of not challenging the fighting groups to the extent that the state has left the issue of settling the problems between the rivals for them to solve it so that it can avoid any responsibilities which are not related to its role. It is not easy to surpass the condition that established their roots during the days of President Ali Abdulla Saleh's reign, especially if we consider that his party is still playing an effective role. However, he realizes that working with the opposition for returning the old authority may open all the past files and may create a new base for subjecting the old regime to a trial. Yemenis believe that such end will be a problem that may doubles the complications of the whole situation. The Southerners has prepared the list of their requirements which stated that the union has not has positive results to them when their cities used to be more flourishing than the Northern cities. Regardless of the reasons, Is there any welfare for Yemenis if they return to the condition of being separated and fragmented? Or is it that the settlement through the national dialogue agreement shall return to all of them the independent decision in regard to each province? The external intervention is well known, especially from Iran which is supporting the Houthis in public under sectarian reasons, The condition may reach the level of creating a province related to it which may be wide or narrow. However, Yemen which had refused the guardianships and foreign interventions during the Cold War era knows that dependency to any state under a sectarian reason cannot last for long. In spite of all the circumstances that overwhelmed this country during the history; it kept being a unified country. This distinction is not realized in some Arab Spring countries which have financial capabilities and Public national awareness but entered, in spite of that, into the stage of fighting led by intellectuals and clergymen. In spite of this, Yemen has avoided any disorder & this is a sign of advanced awareness which exceeds the holders of higher education certificates who are driving their countries towards long term fires and foreign interventions. Yemen has tried the monarchy, the republic, the Right & left parties & the tribal state inside the central state but there are, still, no sharp breaks between its people. It may be that those who could surpass such circumstances are capable of solving their present conflicts. These are not wishes or prophecies but reality. Poverty that has been always a main reason for weakening the security of any society has never been a tempting reason for being involved in a civil war in Yemen. Thus, no matter how big the issues of Yemen may rise to be; It is still an entity which has a vision capable of keeping it on world map as a unified country which is looking for a good future made by its own people.
