Iran can reverse its policy towards a policy of peaceful coexistence and unlimited cooperation with the United States & Europe together with its neighbors, especially GCC countries. The problem is not with the Arab countries with which there is a historical hostility that all agreements failed to solve due to that histories / dates are full of grooves, holes and blood. However, this age has ended such hostilities in favor of the principles which agree that everyone has the right of living in freedom and full independence with no guardianship or abandonment of reality. The understanding of Rafsanjani & Khatami, The two presidents of Iran Islamic Republic, had been better in regard to the nature of the conflict and the necessity of trying to terminate with the neighboring countries. Their good understanding led, at that time, to the visits, meetings and opening of the passageways and borders with GCC countries as a goodwill initiative for returning to the present and avoiding sharing the past causes. The goodwill overwhelmed those meetings but the era of Nejad and his imperial obsession led to breaking every relation with the world except for few countries that neither could close the economic and technical gaps nor could remove the pressure of the embargo imposed on the Iranian nation. This trend had wasted any chance for Iran to be a neighbor that can cooperate with others and be similar to other world countries which seek living in peace. For the time being; there are many doubts that we cannot remove in the new era of Mr. Hassan Rohani, President of the Republic due to that the fog which is covering Iran's vision makes it very difficult to remove. This is due to that in spite of the good language and good-neighboring calls; the ambitions shown by Iran's successive governments, together with returning to the complex of history and minimizing the importance of any Arab state or nation, have created a misunderstanding which based on the hot declarations and the cold war armored with a hot war possible in any coming chance. The Iranian Minister of Exterior has started a visit to Arab GCC countries, including the Kingdom. We are supporting the opening of all outlooks and have no objection in regard to revealing the facts and roles according to which equal relationships can be established, provided that such relationships shall not differentiate between the two countries on the basis of being big or small, in addition to avoiding the weapon of sectarian prejudices and discrimination between the Sunnis and Shiites as per a framework that refuses the political game that may change the meetings to a truce breakable within a short time. Iraq has been transformed to an ally to Iran in the sectarian level and has adopted the same language of threatening and evil wills expressions. Due to its being incapable of solving its contradictions (i.e. misunderstanding or conflict) between the authority and the citizen; it followed the paths which are far away from preserving its security. Syria has become an open field for Iraq through an Iraqi-Lebanese alliance led by Hezbollah. Thus, the forums, Hussainiyat (religious or worshiping buildings for Shiites), satellite channels & whatever supports the long divorce (i.e. separation) due to the sectarian incitement have become problems that created what we call Khomeini's revolution export hypothesis. We had not been leading hostility severer than the one occurred between the European countries when they got involved in two destructive wars or the one occurred between Japan and the Asian Countries. Accordingly, the factors that connect between Iran and its Sunni & Shiite Islamic World should be the standard by which drawing a new policy for clearer relationships should be measured. We neither know yet what Muhammad Zarif is going to say or offer nor know how he shall cancel the Iranian ethnic and sectarian metadata. We are wondering whether he has got the right view of that the interest or welfare of these countries can be achieved through coexistence and cooperation or the wrong view which adopts threatening and heating the issues? In simple words; is it possible to create factors that open the doors for an economic integration that considers the capabilities and lead to establishment of an entity developed through work rather than through creation of tensions? These contradicting images represent questions that the Iranian official is supposed to answer with no equivocation or political tricks.
