Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Abdullah, Assistant Chairman of High Commission for the Development of Hail, and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Hail International Rally 2013, has paid a visit to the headquarters of the Saudi Press Agency 'SPA' in Hail Rally Media Center at Almoghwah park, within his visit to the center. During the visit, Prince Abdullah bin Khalid was briefed from Abdulmohsen Bagar, Hail-based SPA Office Manager, on the mechanism of work, SPA web site, and a number of diverse press materials as well as photos, covering Hail Rally 2013 and its events by the SPA. On the occasion, Prince Abdullah bin Khalid praised the SPA, citing its outstanding coverage and described its presence as striking in all occasions, and as an example that should be followed.
