Appointing Saud Bin Naif Prince of Eastern Region and Faisal bin Salman for Al Medina

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued today the following royal orders:
- Relieving Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Madinah Region, of his post upon his request.
- Appointing Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Governor of Madinah Region at a rank of minister.
- Relieving Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Eastern Region, of his post upon his request.
- Relieving Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief of the Court of the Crown Prince and his Special Adviser, of his post and appointing him as Governor of the Eastern Region at a rank of minister.
