A hundred percent popular public expectation was His Royal Highness prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz taking the responsibility of the Crown Prince position. When I say that it was a public expectation, I say it because the categories of businessmen, intellectuals, government departments leaders have been all waiting for this correct decision. All of them trust in King Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz' administration competency of the state's various components as he is the one who established the initiatives towards the modernization in the Kingdom and the fully respectful presence in the international level. Prince Salman is the closest to such responsibility, not because of the royal system order only but because of that he is the man who practiced the initiatives of modernization accompanied with justice, preservation of rights and updating a small muddy town towards becoming the most important constructional and civilization existence among the capitals of the Arab World, too. All people have not been asking "what the decision will be?" but were asking "When the decision will be issued? Is it going to be on Monday's evening or Tuesday's morning?" I do not imagine that the editorial of a daily newspaper will be able to show all the distinction characteristics of a man whose privileges, rational behavior and objective relationships authorizes him for the forefront position. He is, in short, the right man in the right place. How much can a person write about the human relations that his aids made with the various poor families? How did the charitable foundations become numerous if he was not behind their supporting methods? Who can specify the volume of his cultural and media relationships in his own country and throughout all of friendships and distinguished skills locations? Without informing any one about his deeds; he has been the best supporter of prominent authors and men of letters who had been subjected to bad health conditions but found him suddenly by their side as if he is their charged parent, though they are not living within the borders of his mother country. He talks with you about a subject of media that you had a look at but did not recognize it well; he lets you imagine that he has read what was going to be published before its actual publication. This is due to objectivity of his remarks and his smooth discussion with his negotiator without any disagreement. These incidents put us before the fact of that this man who is big in his culture and awareness wants to correct a piece of information that was not recognized by the one who passed over it. He has a strange but very strong love affair with his work responsibilities. He is known by his early arrival to his office before 8:00 A.M. and by his holding of a daily meeting with the people who seek him, in addition to another weekly meeting with those who seek his personal opinion privately in some concerns of theirs. What I wrote represents just a little, a mere little about the competencies of a man that we congratulate ourselves for his presence as a Crown Prince, may God preserve him.
