The decision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla about the participation of the women in Shoura Council and to run for the Municipalities Councils engendered positive reactions both locally and internationally when the media showed the views of some influential icons in big countries and international organizations, where they welcomed this step and considered it to be a big move in the race with time, and that the woman is the base in the multiple development steps. In a neutral view, and not to show off, our society, both males and females, maintained their moral bases, because they originally belt their behaviors and knowledge on Islamic balanced and fine values. Moreover, the image of the woman is still among those that were committed to the Islamic religion, decency heritages and the constants that are considered to be social culture balances, which she maintained family wise and socially. The modern age is a long racing path with no place for weakness, and when we propose our legitimate and work model and we put the woman in a work position that matches her within religious regulations, then what King Abdulla did was not to satisfy the others' intellect, or as a pressure and orders from any country, because our choice is decided by us and we work by it, and the case of the woman and her activeness is not new to our society where it resembled its membership in business, industry, education and medicine, and her qualification came as a product of long years of education, research and patience, and the decision came as a rewards for the whole nation with all of its members and classes. Our society is young in its age and expectations, and our development project is huge in all measures of this era, and the process o the women's partnership is an important motive in sharing the duties and responsibilities. We also find that all the countries of the Islamic world, to which we belong, put the woman in her real field, as long as she is a side in the family, hospital, school and university, and is equal to the man or exceed him in some active and scientific fields. A lot of views will be provoked in the concepts of the Royal decisions by many sides, and it is a healthy case as long as the intentions are good that want the best for our nation and nationals, but we are with the good view as long as those that supported these steps are our scholars that prepare the main base in ruling with Sharia and its virtues. We are now a side of the international equation, meaning that we are living an existence challenge, and how to invest our time with our financial and human abilities, meaning that building the human is a hard and complex battle, but if the desire was the same size of the challenges with the plans and policies drawn according to specific standards that considers all circumstances, then the success comes in a cooperation of the whole society elements, as we are responsibility partners that don't exclude any one, whether a male of a female. The technological jump comes huge in knowledge, communications and universe relations that are no longer isolating a country, continent, civilization or information from another, which are all good reasons to enter the race with the same privacy, and those are chances that might no always be available if we realize that we have a huge income that is used for maintaining and building the human, city, village and factory, as well as building standards for the culture and awareness according to principals that look into the future with great hope. We broke out of the educational illiteracy, and we must break out of the technological illiteracy, and this is achievable by the continuous partnership between every male and female citizens, and our current path of focusing on education, training and opening the field knowledge, economy and other majors, and we experienced success signs with the human powers solutions from both genders that achieved notable positions in a country that is anticipating to enter the first world with its citizens' abilities.
