Since the revolts started in the Arab nation and the arrival of military to authority and political and development decisions, the phase of falling back started in all life categories, the foolish slogans, consuming shallow promises, fake recruiting of the Arab public in the name of nation cases and Arab dignity, the ignored rights and the smothering tools of conscious and concept all popped out. The "no voice above that of battle" slogans showed up, and the battle is always postponed, and it may not come because the concern is directed with all its abilities to build investigation agencies, oppression tools, prisons and securing the military system instead of securing the nation, the citizen and the economic and historical achievements. Instead of developing the human and looking after his mind, knowledge and developing his ideological and life tools, providing him with good life, incorporating him in the production process and creating the geographical and society receptors until the human race in the military systems transformed to legendary gasping situation after living and feeding the open humiliated mouths. (The citizen of the oil-rich Libya goes to Egypt for medical care from simple diseases!!) Illiteracy have spread throughout the Arab nation, poverty and unemployment stroked the society classes, the productive middle classes disappeared from society, backwardness settled in all life events, society justice and development disappeared and formulating the hopes of people into taking a notable position among the developed countries scientifically and culturally with lifestyle and production in this world. The human being in some Arab countries changed to culture consumer and backward product because of the military system policies, the intellectual, economical and scientific elites receded from influencing the society, contributing in its development, and opening educational paths for its creativity, production and intellect. The elites took either silence and closure path, and thus the receding was from life in general, or the displacement path in Europe and the world. This is all a result of the practices of oppressing, corrupted and domination systems and eliminating the citizen from playing his role in participating and building the future as well as establishing the meaning of identity and belonging. Such practices from military systems have a natural result of falling behind of the Arab world in entering the modern industry cycle and enrolling in the new world with its changes, education styles and communication techniques to be only watching the creativity movement and the cultural human product without being able to continuously and renewably thinking of all that develops the human society from fear cases to the intellectual renaissance that establishes owning the weapons of conflict that might be imposed by changes and variable of the world and its expectations. This desperate situation that our nation is facing in understanding and resolving its cases, winning its rights, repairing its positions and analyzing its recession of nation influence if not its death. The question is what about our situation if a lot of the military systems learned from the wonderful behaviors and practices of Abdulrahman Sewar Al Thahab and Abdulrahman Aref? If it was that then we might saved our nation a lot of costs.
