It is not new that Maronites patriarch in Lebanon supports what Al Asad is doing to his citizens, and his personal justification is that the disappearance of the ruling means killing the Christians or exiling them, similar to what happened of chaos in Iraq. But he forgets that detailed investigations are taking place in Egypt in relation to burning the churches, to create a problem between the Muslims and Copts as a procedure to trial the previous government and its violations. Judging that Syria will be a similar model of Iraq is not based on specific measures, where Syria is less doctrine than Iraq, and perhaps the public awareness and its independency of any organization or leadership will facilitate establishing a fairer government, because what it said of hitting the religious or other race minorities is the government's logic to frighten those groups and to give a justification for killing any opposition, and what was said of killing some Alawites, Christians and others was even a part of an organized operation that don't aim for national unity of its different classes, but to divide it including the Christians that are under that running ruling. The patriarch made a mistake by being a political player in the name of the Christian community, and such act will put Iran on the same level with a support of Hezb Allah in Lebanon, which threatens the general community including the Christians, and despite that, the patriarch didn't show with something linked to his people in order to blame that group and warns of it. A lot of the Authority's Sheikhs in Syria supported and defended the government, forgetting that those that are getting killed, tortured and kidnapped are peaceful Muslims that refused to carry weapons, but we find in history a lot of these examples when they prayed for the invaders in Mosque speeches and remained a sarcasm for their people, and they are precedents that reoccurred with most religions, but for the current position of supporting an authority that is against its citizens by a religious Christian icon only to protect his sect and ignoring the others is considered to be a big risk, and it might be explained by that this sect's subordination is to France, which is standing on a parallel line, and this confirms that the patriarch didn't analyze the emotions carefully, and there are some of his sect who contradicted his thoughts. Yes there is a big accumulation of the doctrine and national conflicts that came with long years of military and sectarian governments that built and established these concepts, but we don't forget how the Christians in Lebanon's war fought each other as well as the Shiites, Sunnis and others did with Palestinians, and some sects leaderships supported the massacres of Sabra and Shatila, and although all of those causes was linked to the civil war chaos but the support of an unjust ruling to save a sect that no one so far announced his enmity to, provoking a counter-emotions that receive torture and forgets its role, and instead of standing with the Syrian citizens who will be the winning element in the future, it hypocrites the government that is going in the path of emotions. What is sad is that among the sect's leaderships regardless of its loyalties, some of them betray the concepts of the nation for others of the ruling, and we wonder in this position the calls of Hezb Allah to create a Shiite country that follows Wali Al-Faqih in Iran, and it is the same in Iraq for those working in the same pattern, but this fakeness will be revealed and will die.
