Egypt: the wisdom to kill chaos
Published in Alriyadh on 26 - 07 - 2011

Perhaps the most notable thing about the revolution of the 25th of Jan that started in Tahreer square in Cairo is that it is a peaceful revolution that didn't include blood, killing and did not take in all its stages the path of violence and bloody fights between the sides. Because its makers and movers of its tools wanted it to be white and peaceful in which it reaches its goals through the sane and cultural expression tools with the innovative protesting act that reserves the civil peace and protects the life and economic reality. This is if we did not excluded what is known as "Al Jamal Battle" in the square, which was from the side of some of the previous system icons against the youth of Tahreer square that dealt with the situation with responsible spirit, and from the perspective of logic and good thinking.
Moreover, what distinguishes this revolution is that it was totally different from what the Arabic world got used to since the beginning of the military revolts and experienced its forms, tools and ways in which a military system falls and another rises under the misleading and consuming slogans, and so one idol leader exists, and a flock that cheers and claps. The revolution of the 25th of Jan branched out the struggle of people and their miseries and pains and was led by the youth that didn't seek authority and ruling as much as accomplishing their dreams, life visions, and having the modern life contents and watch it in reality, so that it becomes really in harmony with the age that it lives with all it has of accomplishments in all fields.
However, the revolution of the youth started to take a very dangerous direction on the unity of Egypt, the cohesion of its society and the safety of its economy, which is an exhausted economy that don't bear any risk, where the observer, reader and analyzer started fearing the production of the Libyan or Yemeni scenario in the Egyptian geographic and social horizon. At that time the disaster will happen that Egypt will not dispel or recover from because the residential density, unemployment, low wages, debit economy and the spread illiteracy in the society in addition to the pains and miseries are capable of exhausting Egypt and dropping it in the traps of backwardness, falling down and dispersion.
What is going now in Egypt is a manipulation situation that targets the revolution before any thing, its contents, the spirit of its goals and the paths of its productions as well as targeting the Arabism of Egypt and its notable and distinguished position in the Arab nation, because Egypt, with its historical and geographic position and its educational, intellectual and fighting values that it gained since long centuries, will have a disastrous situation on the nation and its cases if it got weaker and was limited in influencing.
The wise men in Egypt should protect Egypt and the youth of the revolution and not allow the expansion of the cracks to more than what it is now in its establishments and components, because Egypt is the core of Arabism and its beats, and if it recovers then so will the Arab nation.
