The high built towers, closed doors and the ears that don't listen to the people concerns, their life concerns, their struggle in life and living and their fighting contents towards a better reality are practices that the leadership in the Kingdom left since the beginning of this entity to those that master making noises, claiming in the media and enrolled in building bright life and development reality that aims the prosperity of the human, achieving his life and economic security and eliminating the fear out of his paths and generations' future so that the society lives in a stable situation with all its contents, classes, sectors and human sites without any worry with tomorrow's concerns and how it will be in its formulas. Rather the society will devote itself to the creation, thinking and production processes to enroll with confidence in the development and modernity movement and be up to the national accomplishment in its modernity environment, where the citizen becomes active and not consuming, dependent and disabled that sees the bright work from the development decision maker in behavior, practice, vision and execution while he is servile with his abilities from contributing in transforming the visions into a reality with evidences. In this direction, the reformist King Abdulla Bin Abdelaziz always carries the concerns of the nation and the citizens in his attention where he closely lives the details of their daily life, and originates from strong believes for his duties and responsibilities in leading the nation. And because the Saudi nation deserves giving in all development fields, the faithful and patient leader insists that the resources of the nation and the economy incomes go for the development of life, stability of the human and the formation of his awareness because the human is a big resource for the nation, whether in the farm or factory, city or village and urban or desert. This care from the leadership was resembled by the wise leadership that were released successively since months and years, and even were successive a lot to cover all life directions, and enforce a reforming reality that reflect brightness in the social life. What was released yesterday of decisions bundle and approvals of important decision that were out by the Civil Service Council is not all the ambitions that the leadership is fighting for accomplishing them, but they are a small part of it, where the development plans are generous and strong in its acceleration. The voice of the leadership came in strongly in its senses, and a Royal decision was released to increase the support of fodders and its incomes by 50% of what it is currently effective. In addition to that, the responsible authorities will take the necessary actions to stress its control over the market and goods prices to punish all the greedy violators. The reformist King said with all courage, believe and concern in his introduction of the royal decision: as it is our duty towards our religion, nation and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which requires us to interfere and immediately initiate in a fast way in all what concerns their affairs, including their life, based on the concept of "do no harm". And for what we noticed lately of unstable increases in the prices of some basic goods in unaccepted way, as long as we are able to limit it with Allah's help, and as a desire from us to take the burden of meat, poultry, dairies and other off the citizen, we decided the following: To strictly punish all the greedy violators with our thanks to every businessman that faithfully accomplished his role. First: increasing the support of fodders by 50% of what it is currently effective. Second: all responsible authorities has to tighten its control of the market and the prices of goods, and strictly punish all greedy violators, with our thanks at the same time to every business man that did his role faithfully, putting the fear of god in front of him, seeking the reward for his serious role to limit the exploitation of his fellow brothers, and thus decreasing the profit margin of his work yet at the same time we feel sorry for those that didn't fear Allah in their people and preferred life on after life, forgetting that the Islamic Sharia called for fairness and justice rather than cheating and skimp. We cite the royal decision so that reality becomes easy to read, understand and conclude for the reader and analyzer, because the target of taking the life burden off people in a global reality that witnesses the increase of living costs is a concern that the leadership is working on.
