Egypt does not need to define itself after the new transitional movement, but rather needs to uncover the formula of relations with Arab countries. Egypt prime minister Dr Isam Sharaf, who is well known to us being a lecturer at King Saud University for several years, visit to the Kingdom is following this trend but what is important is to keep relations on the same trends that has been for several decades. We understand without a doubt that Riyadh-Cairo axis represents the largest Arab weight. In the current circumstances that took stormy trend involving more than one Arab country this role has to be a vital. We assume that regime change will not change the parameters as we passed the time where differences occur after every coup, but governments must be clear in their tracks so as not to overshadow doubt on the certainty. New Egypt, with the social, political structure and the rapid developments, has every undisputed right to re-structure its relations with all countries. What rose about converging with Iran, however legitimate, will open all channels between the two countries but has raised a storm in the Gulf States. The timing, which is witnessing sharp differences between the Gulf States and Iran after the events of Bahrain raised questions about the significance of this convergence. Egypt may argue that all Gulf States have exchanged ambassadors with Iran, which is true, but the use of Egypt's weight next to the Gulf States in such conditions when experiencing severe tensions was the prerequisite. This is not interference in matters of sovereignty and jurisdiction but a precaution that does not change the nature of inter-Arab relations or be an excuse for bargaining and rupture. The visit carries a positive approach and will draw extra lines to the relationship. Openness is required to determine the future policies of the countries more clearly. Addressing different issues, the prevailing unrest, the outcome of the uprisings and the regional and international interferences realistically impose on Riyadh and Cairo, to be fully aware of the assessment of this stage and to deal with subsequent results in a positive action. Egypt security defines that of the Arab countries. It is not required to carry a burden cannot afford at this rebuilding period of time and in need of moral and financial support to assist it to bypass this sensitive current stage. We need to focus on the economical cooperation with Egypt. Being the largest investor in the governmental and private sectors in Egypt, biggest number of tourists and with thousands of Egyptian workers in different fields in the Kingdom, thus future requires doubling of effort based on undisputed trust. The journey is long, and the story is not over yet but the administration of the Arab affairs prudent on common destiny bases dictates that the responsibility is on everyone without sensitivities or assumptions.
