From the project of the former American president Eisenhower empowered with the American power and influence, then the new Middle East project that was devised by the geniality of Perez and Bush Jr., and the creative chaos, to the soft revolution that was designed for the Arab region, many scenarios were prepared for how the region could be managed by means of direct pressure in order to attain political, physical and geographical concessions. Even the first military coup in Syria was an Anglo-American fabrication, after which the ways of change came consequently under the influence of the military, then wars where activated by virtue of the Arab deterrence law to be an objective alternative for Israel to accept peace. Meanwhile, the Arab voice continued to be unheard and disrespected as long as deals were offered and done by the authorities with the absence of any constitution or legal law concerned with the Arab nationals. We have repeatedly been put in front of the communist scarecrow when it used to be the competing power against the west as they were looking for a foothold to reach the warm water. Then, reforms was hurdles because the Islamic who sympathized with the Qaeda were the actual successors to reach power, either by means of a free referendum, or by a coup deliberated in coordination with the military and security forces. Thus, another scarecrow was put up. Nevertheless, Arabs are not ready to practice democracy as they have not exercised the role of law and free polling throughout history because of the sectarian and patriotic divisions, as though it was not America and Israel who established the policy of this division while dreaming of every Arab state to be a multi-state country governed by sectaries, ideological and patriotic groups. Such scenarios are now evident in Iraq and Sudan, and are creeping towards Somalia, Yemen and other countries. What happened in Tunisia and Egypt was not a change that does not touch the international relations. The confrontation now is no longer with the authorities that set the rules of the game and play it. However, it is now with the Arab people who always concealed their voice under the psychological warfare practiced by America and its allies. Thereby, the reflection of what happened puts America in confrontation with new methods because manipulating with peace and implanting fears from any group were the reasons that established for coups and Islamic radicalism, taking in consideration that it is America who controls the tools. And while shocked by 9/11, they were surprised of the two public revolutions, and that was evident when their conflicting statements revealed that they were unaware of the transformations that were taking place behind the big public scene. Therefore, relying on the old policies has become of the past, and any action to be taken should be based upon the agreement of the parliaments and the elected councils, the thing that everybody who had connections with the Arab region wanted to kill or freeze. Perhaps the Israeli panic is no less than the American shock as both allies draw zigzag lines for the region. However, the new reality has changed the equations; there is no new Middle East, but there is a new Arab World that is not moved by slogans and conspiracy theory, but with the voice of the people who renewed their souls and presented themselves as a model through the revolution of justice and their affiliation to the new technology party.
