The Royal Commission for Yanbu has made big strides in the field of Saudization of jobs, said Eng. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Jowaiser, the Director General of the Royal Commission for Yanbu. He noted that that the percentage of Saudis working at the Commission reached 95% earlier this year. He pointed out that the Royal Commission is keen on training the national cadres, adding that 'to realize this goal the Commission has established two colleges in Jubail and Yanbu for graduation of technical cadres for meeting the requirements of the labor market'.
