Saudi Arabia and China are to planning to establish a 20 billion dollar joint investment fund, Saudi Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Khaled Al-Falih said here Thursday. Al-Faleh was speaking on the fringe of a Saudi-Chinese investment forum in Jeddah. In addition to the fund, Al-Faleh said the forum will see the signing of 11 trade agreements worth $ 20 billion between the two sides today. The forum coincides with the meeting of the Saudi-Chinese High Commission. The Saudi Press Agency said the meeting is slated to discuss joint investment opportunities and economic ties.
