The Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL) Sheikh Dr. Muhammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa has laid the foundation stone for building an international cultural center in Jakarta, Indonesia, in cooperation with the Azhar University of Indonesia. In a key speech at an event to mark the occasion, Al-Issa stressed the Muslim World League's keenness through its renewed vision to promote the high values of Islam. For his part, Azhar University President Dr. Ahmad Hussein praised the fruitful cooperation with the Muslim World League. He said that the two-story cultural center will be located on an area of 11,000 sq.m. donated by the Azhar University.
