Information Ministers of Counterterrorism States stress importance of countering media campaigns calling for hate speech sponsored by Qatari Government

Information Ministers of States calling for Counterterrorism met here today.
During the meeting, they discussed the importance of continuing joint media coordination to confront extremism and terrorism in their various kinds through different media as well as the importance of standing up against media campaigns calling for hate speech sponsored by the State of Qatar.
On the other hand, the Ministers said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over the history has played a great role in serving pilgrims and providing their care, and has exerted efforts to facilitate the performing of Hajj and Umrah for all Muslims, stressing their absolute rejection to the call to politicize the Hajj.
The meeting also discussed a number of proposals on enhancing joint action to serve international efforts to combat extremism and terrorism in the world and to work to combat the hate speech supported by State of Qatar.
