The Saudi Embassy in the United Kingdom has warned from the increasing number of cases of assault with burning fluids for the purpose of theft by a group of professional thieves who wander the tourist sites in London. A statement issued by the embassy said that "as the embassy has recently noticed, the increasing number of burning liquids assaults, by a group of professional thieves who are near London's tourist attractions for theft," we call upon visiting citizens and residents to exercise caution and avoid walking in alleys and dark places. The embassy also reiterated the importance of avoiding carrying valuable assets to avoid the theft, and inform the police and communicate with the embassy directly in the event of exposure to any aggression.
