Qatari minister responsible for arming terrorist groups in Egypt, says his sister
Published in Alriyadh on 27 - 06 - 2017

The Amiri Diwan in Qatar is not only an arm of Iran and Israel, but is a center from where all terrorist organizations present in Qatar are managed. It is from here that funding for terrorist groups are administered, Muna Al-Seleiti , sister of Jassim Al-Seleiti, Qatari Minister of Communication, told Al-Riyadh Arabic newspaper.
She revealed that her brother was the main person responsible for arming the terrorist organizations in Egypt during the rule of the Brotherhood's Mohamed Morsi. Unfortunately, he is serving the agenda of Israel against all Arab and Islamic states, she said.
Al-Seleiti, who is a Qatari opposition leader, said that the strong relationship between her country and Israel was evident in all areas of the state. Iran also is very influential in Qatar since a long time and enjoys the support of the Qatari government.
Al-Seleiti left Qatar after she faced severe ill-treatment. She was stripped of all her rights and her university degree was withheld after she had spent 16 years studying and serving the Qatari education system. She was arrested and abused in all aspects.
She was subjected to this humiliating treatment after revealing corruption in the education system in the supreme council. She also wrote about Qatari politics and criticized Qatar, though without any insult or abuse. It was then that she felt that this was not her country, and her staying in Qatar was a threat to her life.
Al-Seleiti said that Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim Al-Thani works exactly as his father and mother wanted of him to, as both of them are big supporters of the Al-Qaida organization. They are the main partners of Israel, Taliban, Houthis and the Brotherhood terror group.
Qatar opens humanitarian organizations in poor countries, but these are mere fronts to either finance terror groups or supervise their operations, she said.
This regime has naturalized people of various nationalities. Expatriates are given nationality so that they serve the political purpose of the state. Over the years, Qatar has naturalized around 5,000 Bahrainis to serve its political objectives and change the demographic composition so that Bahrain can become an easy prey to Iran.
She revealed that the Qatari security agencies were pursuing her in all places ever since she had reached Egypt a few years ago. They have engaged various people, even her own brothers, to keep a track on her. This is the state which finances terrorism, particularly against Arab, Gulf and Islamic countries, Al-Seleiti said.
The Muslim Brotherhood has taken control of Qatari politics and has urged the government to set up military training camps for them and other terrorists, some of whom are wanted in several cases of terrorism. Al-Seleiti had met a person in one of these camps in which around 150 Africans of the age group of 20 and 38 were imprisoned. Qatar was facilitating their training to be terrorists and serve its interests. Qatar is also hosting Yousuf Al-Qardhawi, a sponsor of terrorism, who has used the money of Qataris for the Muslim Brotherhood to achieve its goals, she said.
Al-Seleiti pointed out that Tamim is accomplishing the tasks as laid out by his father, and settling his father's scores with other members of the ruling family since he came to power. He has even tortured and abused a ruling family member only because he opposed Tamim being the ruler.
She said that the father, Hamad, and Tamim have no love for the people of Qatar. His relationship with the people is a relationship of vengeance and not that of a ruler and his people. This relationship is for settling of scores. Nobody knows the reason of this relationship and the hatred for the people, despite the fact that common Qataris are simple, humble, compromising and gentle.
Al-Seleiti was of the view that the statement of the Kingdom, Egypt, UAE and Bahrain against Qatar came rather late in the day.
But it is a big pointer to the fact that the state was supporting terrorism. Qatar cannot win public opinion. Only the governments which support terrorism stand on its side.
