Malaysia will be the guest of honor at the Riyadh International Book Fair 2017, which will be held under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz at Riyadh International Exhibition Centre on on Jumada II 9, 1438H. Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi said in a statement today that the decision reflected the close relations between the two countries. Dr. Altoraifi added that the Ministry of Culture and Information had begun initiating programs, including the Riyadh International Book Fair, in line with the National Transformation Program and Vision 2030. "We will work toward establishing our national identity and demonstrate our moderation and tolerance as pursued by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques," he said.
