A cold wave, accompanied by active view-limiting surface winds, is forecast to prevail over the northern, central and eastern regions and parts of the northwestern borders in the coming 24 hours, the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection has reported. Frost is expected to form during the night hours in the Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Hail and the eastern parts of Tabuk regions. Surface winds are expected to blow over Najran region, causing limited horizontal view and dusty weather in the coming 24 hours. The eastern parts of Asir region, Baha, Makkah and Madinah will be also affected by a similar weather pattern.
