King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh has been ranked third in the Middle East region in terms of standard of services offered to passengers. The Airports Council International (ACI), which measures the standard of services provided to travelers (ASQ certification), has given KKIA 4.26 points out of 5 for its performance during the last quarter of 2016, surpassing the 3.88 score in the corresponding period last year. Abdulaziz bin Saad Abuharba, KKIA CEO and General Manager, said the airport has always been maintaining the highest international standards to compete with the best airports in the world, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030. Abuharba promised to continue offering outstanding services to all users of the airport this year as well.
