Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani explained that the draft of the Code of Fiqh Rulings has been completed, and is under review. This was stated during a press conference held yesterday in Jeddah on the launch of the national transformation program 2020. For his part, Minister of Transport Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan said that there is excess capacity in the ports of the Kingdom in the Red Sea estimated at 50% and that more than 30% of global trade passes through the Red Sea. The Minister reiterated in this regard the ministry's efforts to raise the operational efficiency of the ports.
