A team of Riyadh-based King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works has handed over 234 tons of dates to the World Food Program (WFP) in the Republic of Nicaragua, in the presence of Saudi Arabia's consul in Mexico Mohammed Al-Gadi; a representative of the Saudi ministry of finance; the Nicaraguan education vice-minister Francis Dayas; the consultant at the Nicaraguan presidency for education affairs Salvador Vanigas and the representative of the WFP in Nicaragua Antonia De Apreli. The consignment is part of Saudi Arabia's donation to the WFP, which will undertake distributing them in Nicaragua.
