Five GCC ministers participated here on Monday in the main session of the 4th Saudi Tweeps Forum, organized by the Foundation of Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz (MiSK Foundation). Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, graced the main session of the forum. During the session, the Gulf ministers emphasized that the ceiling of freedom enjoyed by social media users in the Arab Gulf region is "high", pointing to the need for controls that must be adhered to by all users as constants' lines must not be crossed, ranging from religious beliefs or insulting the companions of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and national symbols. The Gulf ministers who spoke in the session were Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed and Bahraini Foreign Minister Khalid bin Ahmed bin Khalifa.
