Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior as well as the Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, on Friday evening visited the Grand Mufti of the kingdom Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah al-Sheikh and members of the Senior Ulema (Muslim Scholars) in Mina. The Grand Mufti welcomed the crown prince, stressing that the visit proved cohesion between the leadership and scholars highlighting the leadership of the crown prince and the high status of serving the two holy mosques. The Grand Mufti stressed that many envy the kingdom which is protected, he said. The Grand Mufti addressed the crown prince saying that what happened is not his responsibility because he exerted great efforts and what happened was out of the control of humans stressing that the Saudi leaders carried out their duties fully. The Grand Mufti said, 'You are not responsible for what happened because you exerted beneficial reasons in your hands and your ability. As for the things that humans cannot control, you are not blamed for them. Fate and destiny are inevitable.' In turn, the crown prince stressed that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud asked him to make this visit. The crown prince also stressed that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' government will continue serving the pilgrims and visitors and facing anyone who tries to tamper with the security and safety of Hajj and pilgrims.
