Saudi Hani Al-Nakhli discus throw athlete continued his distinguished and strong presence in international fora by winning a golden medal in discus throw (33 F) yesterday in Tunisia IX International Forum for Athletics Championship being held in Rades in Tunisia. Al-Nakhali achieved the gold medal when registering a new world record (29.50 m), breaking the previous record registered in his own name during competitions of Fazza International Championship. Moreover, Saudi runner Asa'ad Sharahili won the silver medal in the 200-meter (20 T) after it finished second in the competition, while Fahd Al-Jennidel won the bronze medal in the 200 wheelchairs competition (53 T). Thus, the grand total won by Saudi national team's players reached 10 medals so far after winning seven medals on the first day of the competitions.
