U.S. President Obama Chooses Cohen for CIA Deputy Director

U.S. President Barack Obama Friday selected David Cohen to be the number two in command at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Cohen is currently the Treasury Department's undersecretary for terrorism and financial intelligence. Cohen will replace outgoing CIA Deputy Director Avril Haines. President Obama has named Haines as his deputy national security adviser in the White House.
