Ayoon Wa Azan (The Hero And The Nazis)
Published in AL HAYAT on 12 - 11 - 2013

Nazism is not dead. Hitler has sons, daughters, and grandchildren in the government of Israel. I did not need a Swiss medical report to tell me that Yasser Arafat was poisoned with radioactive polonium 210 to know this, having noted in this column, time and again, that he had been assassinated. This was also the view of our sister Suha Arafat, his steadfast widow.
The government of Israel has in its ranks neo-Nazis and fascists who are practicing apartheid, killing women and children, and occupying and destroying.
I contacted Suha Arafat, and expressed my condolences once again for the death of the martyred hero after the report was published. I found her and her daughter Zahwa still resilient as I expected, so I hope we all live to see better days.
There is no Nazi regime remaining in the world outside of the government of Israel, a state built on terrorism, which it has practiced throughout its criminal history, with Western protection and collusion, especially by the United States. All this has encouraged Israel to make terrorism a cornerstone of its policies.
I hear about settlements, which we used to call colonies, a more accurate term, when all of Palestine has become an Israeli settlement. Historic Palestine is the land from the sea to the river, and not just the West Bank and Gaza. Every Israeli is a settler until the Palestinians agree to have them by their side.
The Palestinians agreed to a state on 22 percent of their historic land and I with them, but the terrorist governments of Israel did not agree. Meanwhile, the Israelis desecrate Al-Haram Al-Sharif everyday, when there is no trace in or around it of the alleged Temple Mount. The Israelis dag and found nothing except Umayyad antiquities. Every claim they make is a myth of the Torah with no archaeological finds on the ground to corroborate it.
I knew Abu Ammar from 1967 until his death, and I want to note before I continue that the Palestinian president died in November 2004, and that the war criminal Ariel Sharon suffered a stroke in January 2006. Though the mills of God grind slowly, they grind exceeding small, and Sharon dies again every day may God curse him.
I met Abu Ammar for the first time in an office of the PLO at the Hussein camp in Amman, and the last time at a Middle East dinner gala on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2001, and wrote about the two interviews and every interview with him in between.
The Israeli Nazis killed Yitzhak Rabin on 04/11/1995, when peace was within reach, and the killers are now in power in Israel.
Israel's crimes are something that needs to be collated in an encyclopedia, and not in a journalistic haste. They killed the international mediator Count Bernadotte on 17/9/1948 in Jerusalem, and killed in the last decade 1500 Palestinians children, and between this and that killed a number of Palestinians under the pretext of participating in the attack on the Olympic Village in Germany in 1972. This is despite the fact that what is established is that the attackers wanted to kidnap Israeli athletes to swap them for their prisoners. The athletes were killed in a botched attempt to rescue the hostages, led by German troops in a German airport. Now, it has been established that all those who were murdered by the Israeli terrorists because of Munich were innocent, except for one, whose role in the attack has not been confirmed.
They killed the poor Moroccan waiter Ahmad Boucheki in Norway in 21/07/1973, thinking he was a member of Black September.
My colleague at school and friend Bassam Abu Sharif survived an assassination attempt, but not Mohammad Yousef al-Najjar (Abu Yousef), my beloved friend Kamal Adwan, poet Kamal Nasser, Ali Hassan Salameh, Abu Jihad, Abu Iyad, and Mahmoud al-Mabhouh.
I collected over the years thousands of names of their Palestinian victims, and there are thousands others from Egypt, Syria, and Lebanon. As I write these words, they have just killed two Palestinians at occupation checkpoints. These words will not have been published when the Israelis would have killed another Palestinian man, woman, or child.
They are Nazi criminals who practice what they accuse the Nazis of having done. Perhaps they will one day be punished like the Nazis, and as they deserve.
