On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Naif Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior attended the national celebrations of the State of Kuwait on the occasion of its 50th anniversary of independence, 20th anniversary of liberation, and the 5th anniversary of the ascension to the power by Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah who patronized the celebrations including a military parade here on Saturday. Coalition forces from Gulf, Arab and foreign countries which participated in the liberation of Kuwait, took part in the parade. Saudi armed forces from Royal Saudi Land Forces and aircraft from Royal Saudi Air Force, which presented a number of air shows, also participated in the military parade. The parade was attended by Prince Khalid Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs; Chief of Saudi General Staff Saleh bin Ali Al-Mohayya; a number of Saudi senior officials; and Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Fayez.
