Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, has received a message from the President of Republic Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, dealing with the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing cooperation. The message was handed over to the Qatari Assistant Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Ali Bin Fahad Al-Hajri by Liberia's Ambassador to Qatar Ibrahim Naye during a meeting today in Doha.
