First Pan-Arab Civil Service Conference Kicks off

The first Arab conference on civil service kicked off here today under the motto of "Civil Service: a Renewable Environment" to last for two days.
The Saudi delegation to the conference is led by the Minister of Civil Service Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Barrak, who addressed the opening session, commending the principles of participation, transparency, accountability and administrative subordination as crucial parts of governance percept.
