Ambassador Qattan Decorates Maj. Gen. Eng. Al-Uqlah with his New Rank

Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan who is also Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the Arab League, received here today Major General Eng. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Uqlah and decorated him with his new rank.
Ambassador Qattan congratulated Maj. Gen. Al-Uqlah on the royal confidence bestowed on him, wishing him every success.
Meanwhile, Al-Uqlah expressed thanks to and appreciation of the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, and Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Defense, for this dear confidence.
