Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Shaghroud, Saudi ambassador to The Netherlands, has attended a graduation ceremony of the Saudi students on scholarships at Webster University in The Hague.
During the ceremony, Al-Shaghroud congratulated the Saudi students on graduation, wishing them every success.
