Four people were missing after a flash flood hit their shed at a construction site in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region early Saturday morning, and three of their bodies have been recovered, local authorities said. Rescuers found the bodies by noon Saturday, and they are still looking for the other missing persons in Wanggao township in the city of Hezhou, the city's firefighters who carried out the rescue efforts said. An orange alert for heavy rains, the second highest in the four-tier alert system, was issued for Hezhou at 4 a.m. Saturday.
