Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, received here today the Saudi businessmen delegation participating in the Saudi-Qatari Business Council. During the meeting, the Emir welcomed the members of Saudi delegation, wishing their meetings further advancement to enhance the Gulf Union Project which the entire GCC member states aspire for. The Emir considered such cooperation in the economic sector a cornerstone for the Gulf Union and hoped the outcome of such gulf meetings would be fruitful. For their part, the Saudi businessmen thanked the Emir for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to them and the cooperation they touched during their visit.
