Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and his Sudanese counterpart Dr. Ali Ahmed Karti discussed, on telephone last night, the current events in Sudan. In a statement issued here today, the Sudanese Foreign Ministry spokesman Ambassador Al-Obaid Ahmed Marawah said that the Turkish Foreign Minister informed the Foreign Minister of Sudan that he had contacted a number of foreign ministers of the European Union and NATO and asked them to support the Sudan as it suffered from aggression and sabotage of oil installations in Heglig.
