Saudi National Society for Human Rights condemned here today the kidnapping of Saudi Vice Consul to Yemen Abdullah Al-Khaldi. In a statement released here today the society asserted that such an act contravenes with the rules of Islamic Sharia as it contains a flagrant violation of this citizen rights as well as his family and relatives. Hence, the Society exhorts those involved in this act to release and set him free. It stressed that what has been voiced by that one who claimed to talk on behalf of the terrorist organization of Al-Qaeda in Yemen, contained threats to inflict harm on this kidnapped citizen, hence it is a form of wreaking havoc on earth exposing the real goals of that organization and proving that it is absolutely estranged to Islam principles. -- SPA
