MWL Secretary General Receives Maldivian Minister of Islamic Affairs

Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki received here today Minister of Islamic Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Ahmed Shaheen Ali Seyyid.
During the meeting, they discussed means of cooperation between the two sides.
For his part, the Maldivian Minister said that the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in his country supervises more than 1000 mosques and Islamic schools and institutes, praising the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in dissemination of Islamic culture among Muslim peoples and its efforts in achieving Islamic solidarity.
