Minister of Defense Meets with U.S. Secretary of State

Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, met here yesterday with Hillary Clinton, U.S. Secretary of State.
In a press statement for the reporters, Prince Salman expressed thanks and appreciation of Hillary Clinton on warm welcome.
The Minister of Defense said that he conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the American side during his meetings with U.S. President Barack Obama and U.S. senior officials, particularly his counterpart Leon Panetta.
"The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America are friendly countries and share many common interests," Prince Salman said, expressing his hope that this current visit to the United States is a continuation of the distinguished relations between the two countries.
