Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas issued an ultimatum Thursday for the survival of his coalition, demanding that all three parties agree on a common budget by the middle of next week, according to dpa. "We need to achieve such an agreement on Tuesday already, so the government can agree on Wednesday to all steps necessary to reduce the public finance deficit to three per cent next year," Necas told journalists. His threat was aimed at the Public Affairs party, the smallest of the three coalition members, with whom Necas' Civic Democrats party has frequently clashed. The centre-right coalition also includes the party of Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg, TOP 09. On Wednesday, Necas also threatened to disband the coalition - which took power in 2010 - and call for early elections.
