Prince Mohammad bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom (UK) described today as "important" the visit of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense to Britain, who he said is a versatile statesman and politician. In a statement made earlier this morning to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prince Mohammad bin Nawaf said "The visit of the Minister of Defence is important for both the countries." He said the visit of Prince Salman to UK would strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries, noting that the visit comes in the context of the deep-rooted, distinguished and historical ties based on the principles of mutual respect and understanding between the two Kingdoms. Prince Mohammad bin Nawaf pointed that the Saudi Minister of Defence will hold extensive and in-depth talks with senior British officials, in particular the Prime Minister; the Minister of Defence; and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
