The Shura Parliamentary Friendship Committee, led by Salem bin Rashed Al-Marri, held a meeting here today with China's ambassador to the Kingdom Li Ching Wi who visited the Shura Council's headquarters in Riyadh. During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual concern to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Peoples Republic of China were discussed and cooperative relations between the two countries in various fields were reviewed. Also means of enhancing bilateral relations at the parliamentary level between the Shura Council and the National Assembly of China's deputies and ways to activate the role of the two parliamentary friendship committees in the two countries were discussed.
