2- Suleiman bin Ahmad Al-Aqeel is appointed to the post of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3- Eng. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Mendrej is appointed to the post of Undersecretary of Mayor for Construction and Projects (rank 14) at Qassim Principality.
4- Saad bin Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Jasser is appointed to the post of Petroleum Advisor (rank 14) at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
